The Center has nearly concluded its Appreciative Inquiry process. At a two and a half day Summit in early March members and trustees, through a process of discovering, dreaming and designing, began to put together the pieces of a strategic plan which will shape the Center's destiny. The Center's goal is to have this plan complete by the organization's annual meeting on June 12.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the interview process leading up to the Summit. The implementation of an Appreciative Inquiry process was a learning experience for the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center. We are working hard to ensure that the plan that results from it will do justice to the enormous amount of time and effort contributed.
